Restore . Balance . Recover Well.

Therapeutic massage and recovery-focused wellness treatments designed to ease tension, support wellbeing, and create space to reset.

Recovery Designed Differently

Sirius Recovery Studio combines therapeutic massage and cryotherapy recovery treatments designed to support physical tension release, stress reduction, and nervous system reset.

Signature Treatments

Sirius Recovery Studio offers targeted massage and cryotherapy treatments designed to support physical recovery,

reduce systemic stress load, and restore optimal body function.
Each session is delivered with a focus on precision, nervous system regulation, and long-term physical resilience.

Deep Tissue Recovery Massage -(60 Mins) - £65

Targeted deep tissue work designed to release chronic muscular tension, restore functional movement, and support physical recovery under sustained stress.

This treatment works through slow, intentional pressure into deeper muscle layers and connective tissue, helping to break down long-held tightness patterns that often build from posture, stress load, training, or repetitive strain.

Rather than a purely relaxing experience, this is a structured recovery session — ideal for those experiencing stiffness, restricted movement, or ongoing muscular fatigue. Clients often choose this treatment when the body feels “stuck,” overloaded, or in need of a full physical reset.

Relaxing Full Body Massage (60 Mins) - £55

A full-body nervous system reset designed to shift the body out of stress response and into deep parasympathetic relaxation.

This treatment uses slow, flowing techniques to reduce physical and mental tension, calm overactive stress patterns, and support overall recovery from emotional or cognitive overload.

It is less about muscular correction and more about restoring balance — helping the body down-regulate, soften, and reset. Ideal for stress, burnout, poor sleep, or when the body feels emotionally and physically “full.”

Targeted Neck, Shoulder & Upper Body Recovery Treatment
(25 min) £35

25 Minutes | Focused Therapeutic Work

Do you carry tension in your neck and shoulders? Do you find yourself feeling stiff after long days at a desk, driving, working physically, training, or simply managing the demands of everyday life?

This focused therapeutic treatment is designed for people experiencing muscular tension, tightness, stiffness or discomfort through the neck, shoulders and upper back.

Rather than a general massage, this is a targeted recovery treatment where time is dedicated to the areas that need attention most. Treatment is slow, deliberate and tailored to your individual needs, with the aim of helping reduce muscular tension, improve comfort and support easier movement.

This treatment may be suitable if you experience:

• Tight, heavy or tense shoulders
• Neck stiffness or restricted movement
• Upper back tension
• Muscular discomfort from desk work or driving
• Tension caused by repetitive movements or physical activity
• Stress-related muscular tension held in the upper body

Please note: this is not a relaxation massage. Due to the focused nature of this treatment, time may be spent working on specific areas rather than covering the entire upper body. Some techniques may feel intense as we work with areas of restriction, always adapting to your comfort and response.

Every treatment begins with a consultation so I can understand what you are experiencing and tailor the session around your body, lifestyle and goals.

Targeted Hip, Glute & Lower Body Recovery Treatment (25 mins) £35

25 minutes | Focused Therapeutic Work

Do you experience tightness around your hips, glutes, thighs or groin? Do you feel restricted when walking, exercising, sitting for long periods, driving, or carrying out everyday activities?

This focused therapeutic treatment is designed for people experiencing muscular tension, stiffness, tightness or discomfort through the lower body.

The hips and gluteal area play an important role in movement, stability and everyday activity. When these areas become overloaded through work, exercise, posture, previous injuries or repetitive movement, muscular tension can build and affect how your body feels and moves.

Rather than a general massage, this is a targeted recovery treatment where time is dedicated to the areas that need attention most. Treatment is slow, deliberate and tailored to your individual needs, focusing on the muscles and soft tissues that may be contributing to feelings of restriction or discomfort.

This treatment may be suitable if you experience:

• Tight hips or reduced mobility
• Glute or buttock tension
• Inner thigh or groin tightness
• Lower body stiffness after exercise or physical activity
• Muscular tension from walking, driving or physically demanding work
• Tightness caused by repetitive movement or postural habits

Please note: this is not a relaxation massage. Due to the focused nature of this treatment, time may be spent working on specific areas rather than covering the entire lower body. Some techniques may feel intense as we work through areas of muscular tension, always adapting to your comfort and response.

Every treatment begins with a consultation so I can understand what you are experiencing, your lifestyle demands and what you would like support with. Your session is then tailored around your individual body and goals.

If you require more time to address multiple areas or a more comprehensive recovery session, longer appointments are available.

Cryotherapy Facial & Lymphatic Wellness Treatment (50min) £65

Facial • Scalp • Neck • Décolleté • Arms & Hands

A revitalising full upper-body wellbeing experience combining lymphatic facial massage, neck and décolleté massage, scalp work, arm and hand massage, with targeted cryotherapy to refresh, restore and awaken the body’s natural responses.

Designed to support circulation, lymphatic flow and tissue comfort, this treatment focuses on the areas where many people hold everyday tension — the face, jaw, neck, shoulders, scalp and upper body.

Targeted cryotherapy is incorporated where appropriate to support recovery, reduce the sensation of puffiness and leave the skin feeling refreshed, revitalised and renewed.

This treatment may help to:

• Ease facial and upper body tension
• Support a refreshed, brighter appearance
• Reduce the feeling of puffiness
• Encourage relaxation through the scalp, neck and shoulders
• Support healthy circulation and lymphatic movement
• Release tension held through the face, hands and upper body

More than a facial, this is a restorative wellbeing treatment designed to help you feel as refreshed as you look.

Every treatment is tailored to the individual, with techniques adapted according to your needs, comfort and goals.

A deeply calming yet energising experience — supporting both skin vitality and overall wellbeing.

Cryo Recovery Massage (90Mins) - £95

A deeply restorative full-body treatment combining therapeutic massage techniques with targeted cryotherapy to support muscular recovery, reduce inflammation, and restore physical balance.

Cryotherapy is used to stimulate circulation response and recovery pathways, while massage works into deeper muscular tension and soft tissue restriction.

The result is a body that feels lighter, looser, and systemically reset — ideal for recovery, fatigue, and high physical demand.

Targeted Cryotherapy (25 Mins) - £40

Are you looking for targeted support for an area experiencing discomfort, swelling, muscular tension or recovery needs?

Cryotherapy is a focused cold therapy treatment designed to support specific areas of the body where recovery support may be beneficial.

Rather than a generalised approach, treatment is tailored around the individual and the area being addressed. Depending on your needs, cryotherapy may be combined with appropriate hands-on techniques, from gentle lymphatic-style massage approaches to more focused muscular work where suitable.

This treatment may be considered as part of a wider recovery approach for areas affected by:

• Muscular soreness following physical activity
• Localised swelling or fluid retention
• Areas of muscular tension
• Recovery following minor injuries or physical strain
• Post-exercise recovery
• Supporting comfort around areas of irritation or overload

The aim of targeted cryotherapy is to support the body’s natural recovery processes, helping you feel more comfortable and refreshed.

Every treatment begins with a consultation so I can understand what you are experiencing, your lifestyle, any relevant history and what you would like support with.

Your treatment is then tailored to your individual needs, ensuring the approach is appropriate for you on the day.

Please note: cryotherapy is not a replacement for medical assessment or treatment. Where appropriate, medical clearance may be required before treatment.
