Relaxation Massage — £55 | 60 Minutes

The ultimate full-body reset for mind and body. This soothing treatment encourages deep relaxation while helping the body release built-up stress and tension.

Combining calming massage techniques, lymphatic stimulation, gentle myofascial release, and pressure point therapy, this treatment restores balance, encourages circulation, and promotes overall wellbeing.

Targeted Relief Massage — £30 | 25 Minutes

A focused treatment designed to relieve tension in specific areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, legs, or feet.

Ideal for muscular tightness, fatigue, and everyday stress, this targeted session helps improve comfort, mobility, and recovery.

Sirius Cryotherapy Massage — £95 | 90 Minutes

An advanced full-body recovery treatment combining restorative massage techniques with targeted cryotherapy therapy for a deeply rejuvenating experience.

This treatment helps release muscular tension, stimulate circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and encourage the body’s natural recovery processes. The application of cooling cryotherapy vapours alongside therapeutic massage creates a refreshing treatment experience designed to leave the body feeling lighter, revitalised, and restored.

Cryotherapy Targeted Pain Relief — £25–£35 | 25 Minutes

A focused cryotherapy treatment designed to support relief from localised discomfort, inflammation, muscular tension, and recovery fatigue.

Cooling cryotherapy vapours are applied to targeted areas to help calm and soothe the body. Hands-on treatment may also be included where appropriate and comfortable for the client.

Sirius Cryo Facial — £65 | 30 Minutes

A refreshing cryotherapy facial designed to awaken, sculpt, and revitalise the skin.

Combining lymphatic facial massage with cooling cryotherapy vapours, this relaxing treatment helps stimulate circulation, support the skin’s natural renewal processes, and promote a brighter, more refreshed appearance.

Clients often leave with skin that feels firmer, smoother, radiant, and beautifully revitalised.

What You Need to Know Before you book a Cryotherapy Treatment

Cryotherapy Availability Cryotherapy sessions are offered on selected clinic days due to equipment preparation and cryogenic consumable scheduling. Appointments are limited and operate on a pre-booked basis.

Cryotherapy Booking Terms

Cryotherapy treatments require specialist cryogenic consumables to be ordered and prepared in advance of your appointment. To ensure clinic availability and minimise waste, the following terms apply: • A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes • Cryotherapy booking fees are non-refundable within 5 days of the appointment date • Rescheduling is subject to treatment availability and cryogenic supply schedules • Missed appointments are fully chargeable Thank you for your understanding.
